Dear DNSMON users, last week I wrote to announce changes for DNSMON services in 2013. RIPE NCC Executive Board has now published a proposal for the modified Charging Scheme for membership: http://www.ripe.net/lir-services/ncc/gm/september-2012/charging-scheme-model-proposal ... and this is the paragraph that mentions DNSMON: > Non-members that are currently charged fees for using specific > services, such as DNSMON, and new Direct Assignment Users must become > members. The same rationale as mentioned above would apply for these > members. Organisations that wish to support the RIPE NCC or > particular activities should become members. If accepted, this change will affect your contractual agreement with the RIPE NCC in 2013. If you are already a member of the RIPE NCC, you might be aware of the discussion that is going on at the members-discuss mailing list: http://www.ripe.net/ripe/mail/archives/members-discuss/ Otherwise, RIPE community's ncc-services working group mailing list is open to the suggestions from non-members: https://www.ripe.net/ripe/groups/wg/services If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
