I don't know if it's related to what you saw, but over on DNS-OARC's dns-operations list <https://lists.dns-oarc.net/pipermail/dns-operations/2022-August/date.html>, there's a brief thread noting that some of APNIC's in-addr.arpa zones (including 153.in-addr.arpa) failed DNSSEC validation during a key rollover that coincided with the same sort of time you sent that message.
