Dear DNS-WG Members

I would like to nominate for the vacant co-chair seat Ondřej Caletka
from CESNET. I have already asked Ondřej if he has any objections and he
agreed to be nominated.

I believe that Ondřej with his strong technical background and
experience with DNS will be a valuable asset to the WG.
