You have to create a zone for each /24 block of address space within your /20 allocation. So you'll need to set up zones like 64.73.217.in-addr.arpa, 65.73.217.in-addr.arpa and so on until 79.73.217.in-addr.arpa. After that, you'll need to create domain objects in the RIPE Database to get delegation for these zones to your name servers.
