Given the Stage 2 `If you wish to keep the information for documentation
purposes, change the "rev-srv:" attributes into "remarks:" attributes.´

I'd like to suggest to NOT convert - the most probably stale data - to
"remarks:" attributes, but rather to remove them altogether.
