[dns-wg] DNS Maintenance on ns-tld.ripe.net, 12 Sept

It would be slightly more involved than that I'm afraid. A scenario similar
to what you describe would be a considerable amount of work. 
For an outage that is expected to be less than 15 minutes of what is a
redundant service anyway.
