Ralf, the slot on Monday is intended for the people who volunteered to be on this Task Force. Though if somebody else happens to wander into the room during that session and make a positive contribution to the discussion, I can't see why anyone would want to complain about that. The outcome of that Monday morning Task Force session will be summarised and reported to the DNS WG just like the regular reporting we do about latest IETF developments, liaisons from other WGs, etc, etc. I hope this clarifies things.
