[dns-wg] reverse delegation of a /16 doesn't work with new interface

I'm sorry to see you run into problems that you seem not to be able to
fix.  I'll write you a mail off-list with some trouble shooting tips.

As a general comment, relevant to the list.  I would like to point out
that during the update to the new system we have updated our
documentation on reverse delegations and that we appreciate receiving
feedback on how to improve that documentation and the error messages.
