I'm not too sure I understand what you're trying to say here, but the picture to be found following the URL is "artwork". Your quote from the meetimng minutes may be misunderstood, since it's out of context here. The "funny characters" were not meant to characterize non-latin scripts or `dingbats', but instead the "real" domain names like "xn--fobar-xcvg". -Peter
