This mail is for the attention of Ruediger Volk,

I work for ANS Communications in England.
We've setup a network which connects to the USA and provides a Backbone to AOL and many customers. One such customer requires a Reverse DNS address Space, it is our belief that in order to accomplish this request, we must first go through yourselves to have it delegated.
I appreciate you are based in Amsterdam, and the fact this email is in English, however I'm having problems understanding the finer details of the situation in my own native language never mind in yours.

I would be very grateful for any assistance you could offer me on this problem.
