I assume that you want to further delegate the reverse mapping of smaller parts of this space to be administered by your customers. There is a technique to support delegation of reverse mapping zones that allows delegation for prefixes longer than /24, i.e. sub-C using classfull terminology (and a description has been published as an RFC this year). Unfortunately there is no technique to really support non-byte-boundary delegation for reverse mapping for /23 or shorter prefixes - well, at least no way that I know of.
