  Thank you very much for putting that into proper wording and having it
  distributed to the groups.
  
  I feel it is appropriate to add that, while Carol and me did some
  finishing and sanity checking, we already received a considerable amount
  of very valuable comments and ideas from quite a few others.
  
  A big thank you to all of them!

  I thus urge the community to have a focussed discussion of the proposal,
  leading to a conclusion and implementation decision at the DNS & DB-WG
  meeting(s) is Dublin.
