Well done, but I remember that in order to rely on a commonly accepted
list during the working group it was agreed to consider the countries
listed in the RIPE hostcount.

Another issue: since sometimes the SOA contacts are unreliable I
suggest you to send the questionnaire also to the contacts listed in
the RIPE database for each TLD. For example the UK domain list as
follows:
