[dns-resolver-tf] Online meeting of DNS Resolver Task Force v1.0

Dear colleagues,

I think we should have an online meeting to formally get things started. 
Here's a proposed agenda:

1. Welcome & administrivia
2. Finalize (or not) the charter
3. Quick discussion on how to Get Stuff Done
4. Review of draft list of recommendation topics
5. Divide work
6. Next meeting
