<div dir="ltr"><div>I am not convinced that this survey is the way to show why  the work on a code of conduct is important.</div><div><br></div><div>Frankly, it seems somewhat irresponsible to send this out to tens of thousands of people without any consultation with the task force at <a href="mailto:diversity@ripe.net">diversity@ripe.net</a>. I can see numerous issues with this communication and action, and would've preferred it to not have happened at all. This seems like a mistake.</div><div><br></div><div>I would recommend the survey is *immediately* deleted from <a href="http://surveymonkey.com">surveymonkey.com</a></div>
