[diversity] Minutes of the RIPE 87 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Tech Session

Hello Mirjam,

thank you, the minutes are accurate. I'd like to just add a little note 
like this:

     After Gergana's talk and subsequent discussion, we were so much 
late that we had to run all the remaining talks one after another. The 
joined discussion time after that was less than 10 minutes and we had to 
cut the mic queue very early.
