[diversity] FW: [RIPE PC] For review: Draft call for presentations RIPE 77

Hi Brian, all,

Yes, very good point. Personally I wouldn't view a more junior person 
automatically as less capable, but unfortunately I agree that there are 
some who might...

I like the new verion. I have one final proposal/addition, in []. I 
realise it is a repetition to "new and different", but repetition is 
good in this case:

"The RIPE PC and the RIPE Community are always looking to hear new and 
different voices in the sessions, so when submitting, please always 
consider if another member of your project or team [whom we haven't 
heard from yet] may be able to present the material."

What we (or maybe better the PC?) could also do is go through all the 
accepted talks and for "repeat" speakers send a message that says this.
