I would like it if we are somehow able to add a mention of the efforts
to increase diversity into the final report about the meeting - child
care, trusted contacts, local content, other things...

It would be great to have a meeting of the TF people who are present.
(and send the notes so that the others know what we talked about)

For me, later in the week is better; and breakfast meeting is also an
option, since we might be busy at other time slots.
