[diversity] Notes from a short informal brainstorm today in NCC's office

Hi task-force,

we had a short meeting today, since Shane was visiting RIPE NCC offices.
Amanda, Mirjam & Vesna were the other participants.

We talked about:

* actions from the previous meeting: mostly done, mostly by Amanda.

* plans for the next "women in tech" lunch at RIPE76: since it was a
success, we now need to have: more space, more speakers, more sponsors.
there is progress on all these aspects, but still work to be done.

* most of the time we've spent planning on how to tackle the challenges
of increasing the involvement of the local communities. We identified
organisations & individuals we can approach to help us; and next
concrete task is to draft a message to send to them, on _how_ can they
take part, and why... work in progress.

* an open question is: shall we have a French-speaking BoF session?
Any volunteers to organise it, facilitate & moderate it?
Knowledge of French language is a must!

* finally, let's have an on-line meeting: 21st December, Thursday, 11AM
Amsterdam time. I'll send the details once we set up the WebEx "room".

Then we can produce the "official" notes with "official" participants.

If this is not a good time & no-one shows up, we'll try again in January
2018.
