Usually, contacting the (A) AS-SET maintainer as a first try would be 
the go-to option.

If you cannot get the maintainer (via email) talking/writing to you 
after multiple tries. I will expect (B) RIPE Support would be willing to 
help you. Thou, only (A) has been tried.
