This is related to the amount of personal data retrieved from the
database. Try to limit it with -r flag.

I suggest using either
https://rest.db.ripe.net/search?inverse-attribute=mnt-by&source=ripe&query-string=ISOC-MNT&flags=no-referenced
or
https://rest.db.ripe.net/search.json?inverse-attribute=mnt-by&source=ripe&query-string=ISOC-MNT&flags=no-referenced

Both already include -r flag.

Try opening the page under "source data" at the bottom of the hierarchy
graph.
