[db-wg] NWI-10 Populating End User Organisation Country Attribute

Dear colleagues,

Thanks for your feedback. I wasn't clear in my email yesterday that we didn't send notifications when updating the organisations.

When so many objects are updated, the RIPE NCC receives a lot of tickets with queries in response, and I wanted to avoid additional workload for staff.

However it is clear a general email to the DB-WG was not sufficient notification. I will rectify this by re-running the job to send notifications to affected users.

Also in future we will send notifications for all database updates.
