Thanks for pointing this out. The logic for the RIPE database is to not allow aut-nums to be created as they are only assigned by the RIPE NCC. We will make an exception to allow this for the TEST database.

As a workaround you can create aut-num objects in the TEST database using Syncupdates: https://apps-test.db.ripe.net/db-web-ui/syncupdates

This is because we use a common page template between the two sites. We will investigate displaying the correct database name in the template.
