Dear Colleagues,

Following the Requirmements Gathering BoF yesterday, I'd like to propose Sasha Romijn's NRTM v4 protocol as a Solution Definition for NWI-12 "NRTM v4".

Once this draft proposal is finalised, and if we have consensus from the DB-WG, the RIPE NCC will work on an implementation analysis.
