[db-wg] Upcoming Usability improvements to the RIPE Database Web Search page

Dear Colleagues,

As part of the usability improvements to the web search feature, we are updating the look of the search form:

* The form tabs have been converted to dropdowns
* The count of any selections within a dropdown is visible beside the dropdown title 

We have deployed these changes to our Release Candidate environment for testing: https://rc.db.ripe.net/db-web-ui/query

We plan to deploy these changes to production later next week.

Our goal is to simplify the initial search page, and make the dropdowns responsive to what the user is searching for.
