[db-wg] RIPE NONAUTH route(6) objects using unregistered space cleanup - deployment *today*

Hi Ed

Thanks for the data. This is quite bad. As recently as March this year
someone created a ROUTE object referencing an unregistered ASN:
193.110.94.0/24AS16712,20210318

This is not 'accurate data' that resource holders are contracted to
enter into the RIPE Database. It could simply be a typo rather than
intentional false data. The obvious question is, should it be possible
to create such an object today?
