Not sure what the goal is, but.. if it’s to understand which space is allocated or assigned vs reserved space then this is more useful:

Or for all RIRs combined:
https://www.nro.net/statistics/

I’m not aware of any data set that matches alloclist.txt exactly but is formatted better.
