[db-wg] violation of DB T&C by DB-WG co-chair, is it acceptable?

It would be good if David took the opportunity to explain what he did
and how / whether it's compatible with being co-chair of DBWG.

Separately, if people have received spam from Larus, they should
complain to the RIPE NCC.
