[db-wg] violation of DB T&C by DB-WG co-chair, is it acceptable?

I am nothing if not polite!

I've been through this before, it's far from pleasant, but I'd hoped the 
community had learned from my mistakes on talking around a problem and 
ignoring it and hoping it goes away.

I'm getting increasingly blunt, but I'm still, foolishly perhaps, hoping 
that sense will prevail. I think the WG session in Dubai is the final 
point, so to speak.
