Yes.  Take each ERX block that was moved from ARIN to RIPE and autosend an 
email to tech-c and admin-c and ask what they prefer to change the country 
code in that file to.  The inetnum object already reflects the proper 
country code in 99% of the cases, but for some reason when ARIN and RIPE 
did the transfer years ago the delegated-ripencc-latest was ignored and all 
objects got recorded with country=EU.  Give a time limit of 3 months after 
which no more changes allowed.
