Except for 'person' records, you can download them at:

RIPE:
ftp://ftp.ripe.net/ripe/dbase/
ftp://ftp.ripe.net/${rir}/dbase/

APNIC:
ftp://ftp.apnic.net/apnic/whois-data/APNIC/
ftp://ftp.apnic.net/apnic/whois-data/${rir}/

and ARIN/LACNIC/AFRINIC have similar dirs on their FTP server.

eg:
ftp://ftp.ripe.net/ripe/dbase/split/ripe.db.aut-num.gz

Contains all ASN's. But you can also download them all in one chunk,
depending on what you need.
