If you are having a specific problem, the best thing to do is e-mail
<ripe-dbm at ripe.net>, and we will be able to discuss the details of the
case with you.

For general issues about the service, then this is an appropriate forum.
You can also discuss general issues directly with the RIPE DBM, but for
many changes to the service we would want to discuss it in on this
mailing list also.
