[db-wg] Proposal: Abuse-C as a Reference

It was proposed to order the aubuse-c up, to be displayed first. Thet it 
can be:

whois $ip | grep ^e-mail: | head -1 | spam

which should direct the stuff to the 'right place' or at least 'into the 
right direction'.

Not at the moment.
