Due to concerns on the mandatoryness of the "encryption:" attribute.
Our current abuse workflow doesn't permit PGP crypted mails, so I
am a bit unwilling to setup an infrastructure that might result in
half of the abuse mails going to me personally due to being PGP
crypted...
(But I mentioned that already in this list)
Ulrich Kiermayr (sp?) pointed out today that he has never seen a complaint
actually *using* PGP encryption, so I might well reconsider this :-)
