My experience has shown, that complains about abuse -- spam, scanning, etc -- has never reached me by snail mail or phone (yet), only by email. And yes, I know, only because it hasn't been that way does not mean it will not ever be. Beside that, as a technician I would prefer the usage of IRT objects or the utilisation of references like handles to person or role objects because of the easy administration. But we don't have to forget that on the other end are most likely no technicians but "users". (And now we have done the full circle and are back at the beginning) Cheers Hendrik -- Hendrik T.
