I see your point, problem is, many LIRs would probably prefer just abuse at domain, this way we would end up with sometimes a general mail address and sometimes a specific one - meaning Internet users won't get the same type of answer for all IP addresses. Also there will probably be Internet users (maybe even LIRs) who doesn't define the above categories as you do, so you can't even be sure the correct addresses will be used. I fear we have to choose between the simple not so great solution: abuse at domain or: a more correct one like the categories you have listed above, but with the consequence that either its not used correctly by all LIRs or the users do not understand how to use it = a not much better situation than today. Another problem is that there will probably come new categories all the time, but I must say that the ones you have listed correspond to what I have seen here. But If I have to choose between having some complaints end up in the exact correct categories while others even end up in totally irrelevant personal mailboxes (as today) or all type of complaints goes to a single address I would prefer the latter.
