It's complicated if you want to use TI. When I wanted to create an IRT
object I just asked RIPE to authorize it, and it was done quickly and
with no pain.
Currently I see no reason to use TI.

BTW, what about returning the IRT record by default for inetnum queries?
This would let more people know about it and if decorated with big ASCII
art could partially solve the problem of lusers writing to every email
address they find in the answer.
