[db-wg] Mirroring of LEVEL3 database

Hi Karsten,

we have the same problem like you and carry a privat mirror for
any public registries like APNIC, RIPE, ARIN and private/commercial
like RADB, CW and DODNIC.

I see only two options: build you own mirror (the source is public)
or trigger your peers to use public registries (which is not realy easy
of course ;-)
