  Although the deadline has passed already (and I am wading through and
  sorting and trashing a mail backlog of 5K+), we need an agenda for the
  WG meeting.

  I am going to include the "usual stuff" from my end, plus an item for
  discussion on WG mandate. And I have (during my absence for vacation -
  which I dearly needed ;-) received a couple of requests already which
  will make it into the 1st draft.

  Everything alse has to come from the community, so submit your input and
  ideas, please!!
