Dear Antonia,
Before everything, please don't include a complete
update request next time, when sending to a public
forum, cause ut may contain sensitive data!
You problem, as far as I can see from your attachment,
is with your mail client, it posts your requests not
in plain text, but as HTML formatted text, so, you
receive such an error! Please change your mail client
settings for sending Plain Text mail, or change your
client if it had nonsense!

An Important thing for all : So, if he sends his
requests in HTML, and gets an error back why the
updates are still working? As Antonia mentioned,
always he gets requested updates! So where is the
problem? RIPE Robot has problems? It would cause many
problems and is a potential security hole!
