draft agenda (v1) for DB-WG meeting, RIPE 37, Amsterdam

  Dear WG list members, fellow chair persons, "meeting",
  
  attached please find the 1st draft, proposed agenda for the DB-WG
  Meeting. A few minor items might get added later this week.
  
  While the general outline of the meeting should be quite stable already,
  please expect some re-scheduling due to the parallel WG streams. This
  requires us to do some "micro-management" to avoid "over-booking" of
  individuals.
  
  As usual, comments, suggestions and additions are welcome!
