Håvard kindly supplied us with some examples of such nic-handles so we
could look what happened. Those person objects that bear "mnt-by:
DENIC-P" attribute were referenced from *.de domain objects before the
latter were migrated. (We still keep *.de domains on our backup server
so we were able to check this).
