Changes in the "changed" field

I think the changes sound fine but I have been using a widely-used USENET
convention for making my email address easily readable by a human but not
so easy for a machine (since most machine-processing of bulk lists of email
addresses is, I understand, case-insensitive). E.g.

...which I admit, is not perfect, but perhaps better than nothing - right?
(And it works quite well for my USENET postings... so far). I dont always
use "NOSPAM" but I try to make it obvious.

And in the case of the "changed:" fields, the people who _should_ be
interested _should_ know what to do ;->
