RIPE-26, DB-WG, Proposed Agenda, 2nd Draft

  This is the 2nd draft of the proposed agenda for the January 1997 
  DB-WG Meeting in Amsterdam.
    
  I forgot to include the proposed DB copyright item in the 1st draft,
  my apologies.
  
  There's a couple of additional minor changes.
