Dear Colleagues,

If you use the telnet interface to the RIPE database, please
note that a "-k" option is available.

This will keep the connection open until you close it yourself.

Example:

[ambrose] $telnet whois.ripe.net 43
Trying 193.0.0.194...
Connected to dbase.ripe.net.
