Maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree, (please let me know!), but seems to me that one could use WHOIS++ for this sort of distribution. (Yes, I _know_ it is distributed rather than distribution model). Bunyip have recently released 'digger' a WHOIS++ implementation: http://services.bunyip.com:8000/products/digger/digger.html Rgds, John
