* dbupdate - opening classless db * dbupdate - locking databases * Segmentation fault (core dumped) dbupdate is trying to do an flock(). Make sure OSF supports this. You can also add some more debug message in the lock and unlock routines to make sure it is only that flock it does not like. They are in the lib dir somewhere. -Marten'
