As Italian I follow Sara suggestion. There are some bottom up experiences that can be shared but think other countries already in lockdown can do the same. I can do as an IXP but, if there are other Italians in the group from ISPs, they can do on their side. -- Luca Il 25 mar 2020, 14:22 +0100, Marcolla, Sara Veronica <Sara.Marcolla at europol.europa.eu>, ha scritto: > I second Chris' suggestions, very interesting topics and such an agenda fills up quickly. > > One interesting topic, giving the time we are living in, could be how to make sure policymakers and standard organisations as well as technical communities can find a common discussion ground. We will likely see a substantial change in our ways of living and working (I assume most of us are actually teleworking now and this is already a change!). It may sound a bit philosophical, but we are possibly the best placed group in the Cooperation WG to try to find at least some pointers towards where this impending cooperation could be oriented. > > Another perhaps interesting topic could be learning from the experience of our Italian colleagues, who are at the forefront of this crisis and had to deal first with a surge of issues. > > Kind regards, > > Sara Marcolla > > Europol - O3 European Cyber Crime Centre (EC3) > > Eisenhowerlaan 73, 2517 KK > The Hague, The Netherlands > www.europol.europa.eu > > > > -----Original Message----- > From: cooperation-wg <cooperation-wg-bounces at ripe.net> On Behalf Of Chris Buckridge > Sent: 24 March 2020 17:04 > To: Michele Neylon - Blacknight <michele at blacknight.com> > Cc: RIPE Cooperation Working Group <cooperation-wg at ripe.net> > Subject: Re: [cooperation-wg] RIPE80 > > Jumping in from the RIPE NCC side here… there are a number of developments that we could report on: > > - developments in the ITU discussion (including the “new IP” proposals that have received some attention in recent months) > - developments in EU regulation (including the upcoming review of the Digital Services and its implications for intermediary liability - though this may be delayed as the Commission manages its own COVID-19 adjustments - and work with ENISA) > - broader regulatory developments, including in relation to IPv6 adoption strategies, and updates on specific relevant national regulatory efforts, such as continue to develop in Russia and other countries in the RIPE NCC service. > > So while we’re certainly happy to contribute to (or substantially make up) the agenda for a Coop session, it would be great to hear if that’s something that working group members would find useful, and whether there are any specific issues (including, but not limited to the ones I’ve mentioned above) that you’d like to hear an update on. > > Hope that helps! > > Cheers > Chris > > > > On 24 Mar 2020, at 16:37, Michele Neylon - Blacknight <michele at blacknight.com> wrote: > > > > Is there anything new to report? > > > > > > > > -- > > Mr Michele Neylon > > > > Blacknight Solutions > > > > Hosting, Colocation & Domains > > > > https://www.blacknight.com > > https://blacknight.blog / > > > > http://ceo.hosting/ > > > > Intl. +353 (0) 59 9183072 > > > > Direct Dial: +353 (0)59 9183090 > > > > ------------------------------- > > > > Blacknight Internet Solutions Ltd, Unit 12A,Barrowside Business Park,Sleaty > > > > Road,Graiguecullen,Carlow, R93 X265 > > ,Ireland Company No.: 370845 > > > > On 24/03/2020, 15:30, "cooperation-wg on behalf of Johan Helsingius" <cooperation-wg-bounces at ripe.net on behalf of julf at julf.com> wrote: > > > > Dear Cooperation WG members, > > > > I hope you are all managing to stay safe and healthy! > > > > As I am sure you have seen, RIPE80 will be a virtual meeting of some > > sort.
