[cooperation-wg] @EXT: RE: RIPE80

As Italian I follow Sara suggestion.
There are some bottom up experiences that can be shared but think other countries already in lockdown can do the same.
I can do as an IXP but, if there are other Italians in the group from ISPs, they can do on their side.
