[cooperation-wg] Cooperation WG session at RIPE78

As I wrote, there might be small adjustments. We will ask the speakers
to try to be slightly short, so we have some spare time at the end
to squeeze in a short update on the implications of the Christchurch
Call (to combat terrorism online) by Milton Mueller.
