[cooperation-wg] RIPE NCC Contribution to the CSTD Working Group on Enhanced Cooperation

Dear Richard, 

No, our only communication on this specific submission was with Nick Ashton-Hart, and it was of an informal nature, in that he was able to provide perspective on the kind of messaging that might be useful in the discussions going forward.

But as noted, this submission is explicitly made on behalf of the RIPE NCC alone, with the hope that it will contribute to productive discussions in the WGEC.
